MS Warehouse Socks

Purpose. Load stock for anything MS Plus ships itself, such as socks and any other warehouse item, at the Office location so orders can be picked and posted from Blackburn.

You will need the physical stock counts and the Office location in Shopify.

Steps

1. In Shopify, open the socks product, then Inventory, and set the on hand quantity at Office (54 Railway Road, Blackburn) to the real number of pairs in the warehouse. In 2026 this was about 300.
2. Keep the socks tracked so the count decrements as orders come in.
3. Socks are manufactured by Hillbrick but shipped by MS Plus, so they live at Office, not Hillbrick. Do not add them to the Hillbrick collection.
4. Any other self shipped item, such as an accessory, follows the same pattern. Stock it at Office.

Watch out for

• If the Office count hits zero and tracking blocks overselling, new sock orders can stall. Keep the count topped up, or set the variant to keep selling when out of stock.
