Go-live verification

Purpose. Prove the whole chain works with one real test order before buyers arrive.

Steps

1. On the Funraisin event site, place a test order that includes one of each item: a tee, a hoodie, a jersey, socks, and a ticket. Use a staff email.
2. Wait for the nightly sync, or ask Entangle to run it now. Confirm the order appears in Shopify.
3. Open the Shopify order and confirm the routing.
   • Tee and Hoodie go to Ogo Print on Demand.
   • Jersey goes to Hillbrick.
   • Socks go to Office.
   • The Ticket shows as Closed, because Guest Manager issued it.
4. Confirm the ticket email arrived at the test address.
5. Confirm Ogo and Hillbrick actually received their items by checking their portals or confirmations.
6. Cancel or refund the test order so it is not fulfilled for real, and remove the test attendee in Guest Manager.

Sign-off, all green before you announce

• ☐ Test order reached Shopify.
• ☐ Tee and Hoodie went to Ogo, and Ogo received them.
• ☐ Jersey went to Hillbrick, and Hillbrick received it.
• ☐ Socks went to Office.
• ☐ Ticket email delivered.
• ☐ The export report "Variant ID" column has no blanks.
• ☐ Test order cleaned up.
