Hillbrick Jerseys

Purpose. Confirm this year's jersey with Hillbrick, the jersey manufacturer, so jersey orders get made and shipped.

Hillbrick is set up in Shopify as a fulfilment location (it is also the store's default location). Jersey inventory is stocked at this location, so jersey lines on an order route to Hillbrick automatically once the product is set up correctly.

You will need the jersey design and spec, and the size run.

Steps

1. Confirm the jersey design, size run, and lead time with Hillbrick for the new event.
2. In Shopify, make sure the jersey product's sizes match what Hillbrick will produce, and that its inventory is stocked at the Hillbrick location.
3. Confirm the jersey is in the Hillbrick collection and carries the Brand_Hillbrick tag. This is how Hillbrick items are grouped.

Watch out for

• Lead time. Note how far ahead the jersey order must be placed.
• Make sure the sizes offered in Funraisin match what Hillbrick can produce.
