How it all connects
Who this is for: MS Plus staff standing up the merchandise and ticketing pipeline for a new Gong Ride, or a similar Funraisin event. Work through the sections in order for a brand new year.

The golden rule. The whole pipeline works only if every product a buyer can order in Funraisin is correctly linked to its matching product in Shopify. See The Critical Link. Get that one thing right and everything else routes itself. That single missing link is what left the 2026 socks un-fulfilled for months.
The flow, in plain English
A buyer never touches Shopify. They order on the Funraisin event site during registration. Everything after that is automatic once the setup in this runbook is done.
Your job in this runbook is to set up the products in all these systems and, the key bit, to link them together so that automatic routing knows where each item goes.
