Ogo Print on Demand

Purpose. Set up this year's tee and hoodie in Ogo. Ogo is a print on demand partner, connected to Shopify as an app and as a fulfilment location. When an order routes to the Ogo Print on Demand location, Ogo prints and ships it automatically. Setting the product up in Ogo also publishes it to Shopify.

You will need print ready artwork for the front and back of each garment, and access to the Ogo portal. Open it from Shopify under Apps, "OGO Australian Print on Demand", which opens the Ogo portal at app2.ogo.com.au.

Steps

1. In the Ogo portal, open the Products tab and click + Add Digital Print.
2. Choose the base garment from the catalogue. For a tee, pick the AS Colour style you want, for example AS Colour Staple Tee. For a hoodie, pick the relevant hoodie style. This opens the design editor.
3. Choose your graphics. Under Front and Back, click Load… to upload the print ready artwork for each side. If you need more than one design, use Add New Design Variant.
4. Select colour(s). Tick the garment colours to offer, or use Select all colours.
5. Select size(s). Tick the sizes to offer (XSM through 5XL), or use Select all sizes.
6. If you need the Ogo SKU to match Shopify, click Change SKU.
7. Click Proceed to description to set the product title, description, and price, then save. The product now appears in your Ogo Products list and is published to Shopify.
8. Repeat for the hoodie.

Watch out for

• You must upload artwork before you can continue. The Proceed to description button will not advance on a blank design.
• Keep the Ogo SKU and the Shopify SKU identical, so incoming orders match.
• Last year's products stay in the list, for example "MS Gong Ride Tee - Mens". Create fresh ones for the new year rather than editing the old.
