New-event checklist

Do these in order. Each one links to its full section.

1. Products decided. Confirm which items sell this year (tee, hoodie, jersey, socks, ticket) and their sizes and prices.
2. Ogo. Set up the tee and hoodie in Ogo. Ogo publishes them to Shopify.
3. Shopify products. Build the jersey and socks directly in Shopify.
4. Locations and routing. Confirm each product's stock sits at the correct Shopify location (Ogo, Hillbrick, or Office) so routing works.
5. Hillbrick. Confirm the jersey with Hillbrick.
6. Warehouse. Load sock stock at the Office location.
7. Guest Manager. Create the event in Guest Manager, which creates the ticket product in Shopify.
8. ⭐ The Critical Link. In Funraisin, create the same products and set each option's option_code to the Shopify Variant ID. This is the make or break step.
9. Order sync. Tell Entangle the new event is live so the sync points at it.
10. Go-live. Place a test order and confirm every item routes correctly and the ticket emails.
